Reach.

Okay- So I totally love Jo and Damon... but I think I have a new favorite couple. Russ and Lindsay for sure. Right off from the start it's intriguing and grabs your attention with a blast from the past and then jumps straight into the future and we meet Brian's( Damon's assistant) sister and she is a sweet heart, honest, shy, timid, single mother who is working her butt off for her son and I'm sure we all know how this woman feels. Knows what it's like to be struggling and having to suck it up and do whats right. Well I know I have and I connected with her immensely and it was nice and she was real and a very enjoyable character. She has been having this chat relationship with a guy named Russ for 10 years and they have never met, just chatted on the net and via text message. And well, one day her luck runs out and she finally meets Russ and not in the way she was ever expecting. And he has a proposition for her, one she may not be able to refuse. But the thing is, she has been in love with him for 10 years and she knows by the end of the 30 days that's it. So is she willing to walk or away or stick it out? you will have to read to find out! let me tell you this though, it was AMAZING and exceeded any single expectation I ever had and I love Jo and Damon and the gang, always will... but these guys and their story I find a tiny bit more interesting and loved the whole thing. And the love Linds has for her son, it was just so sweet and it's home. Very amazing read and series and cannot wait for part 2!

I give Reach Me 5+ stars. It was a great read.
I think I have read about everything J.L.Mac has written, because I just can't get enough of her wonderful words.
I really enjoyed this book. The story line was perfect, the characters were great, the steamy parts were awesome.
I read this in one day because it was that great, just couldn't put it down.
The reality of struggle, determination, friends, love, and a hopeful future is all real in this book.
I think I fell in love with Russ. He was a mouth watering, tongue tying,claiming your soul, kinda guy. And besides that he pretty much had it all. For a man like him to wait for someone that long, and only commute through texts, has got to be one hell of a guy.
I'm not saying anything else about this book because I am not giving anything away. You just need to read it. It is just AAHhhhhhhhhh.

In the end J.L.Mac about ripped mt heart out, stomped on it, and left it hanging for the voltures to devour. LOL
Doesn't mean I would ever stop stalking her for another book, she's a great author!!

Not what I expected

First off, I was expecting to read about Damon and Jo, his kooky, fun loving grandmother and the mystery about who is stealing her money, and watching Damon get to know his bio mom. What I didn't expect was to read about another couple. And I will say this, I wasn't none to thrilled when it wasn't about Damon and Jo. Once I got about 36% into reading and spoke to my mom, her and I began to search out why the book was written as it was about Lindsey and Russ, whom I had know idea even existed, I began to settle down and put my disappointments aside and started to really enjoy reading Reach Me. My only wish, is I wished it had been longer. A lot longer than 71 pages.
